Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

Firstly I would like to thank you for choosing BASSAHOLIX. Our products are retailed to satisfy your utmost prospect. Your new In Car Entertainment equipment is covered by a warranty against all manufacturing defects, 12 months from date of purchase. As we want to make sure that all your needs are satisfied, we ensure you that we will look into every aspect that will rectify any defects on any products. What is covered?

BASSAHOLIX agrees to repair or replace without any charge to you, any part found to be malfunctioning during the warranty period.



What is not covered?*

· Replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.

· Any product with serial number defacement, modification or removal.

· Any fault caused by incorrect installation.

· Water damage.

· Any damage or deterioration due to shipment.

· Any product subject to misuse, abuse, accident or service by other than a BASSAHOLIX Agent.







Whilst we will be happy to discuss returns by telephone, we would recommend handling matters of this nature by email as, in the event of any problem arising, both parties can have copies of all correspondence to refer to. Experience has shown us that this allows us to resolve any problem in the quickest possible time and, should you be unfortunate enough to experience a recurring problem with a product, we can also then forward all correspondence to the relevant manufacturer or service agent.





Unless stated, all product we supply is brand new and comes with 12 months return to base manufacturer's warranty. The warranty protects the original owner and is not transferrable unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. It covers all defects in materials and manufacturing, but does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, modification or damage caused by neglect. Damage caused by failure to follow instructions contained within the product packaging is also not covered. There will be a charge of return for testing or the cost of removal and reinstallation.
